With the development of the basic education reform, the junior middle school physics education research has been the emergence of new breakthrough, achieved remarkable achievement. However, basic education is also affected by the examination oriented education, making the students to solve physical problems with single, machinery and in the process of learning in the junior middle school physics curriculum, walked into the errors in learning physics. Let the physical knowledge originally interesting dim, for students to study physics and other disciplines as rote, practical problems find it difficult and boring, no interest, but also the lack of autonomous learning ability. Coupled with the teachers in the teaching process, too often the pursuit of test scores and student enrollment rate, resulting in serious deviation of teaching methods, constrained learning physics thinking mode, the junior middle school physics teaching bottlenecks. It can be said that the students of physics concepts, theorems, the lack of understanding of the physics teaching, is not satisfactory."TFU(Teaching For Understanding) teaching mode" that is "teaching for understanding teaching mode". TFU teaching mode is the interaction of the four components: Enlightening topic, understanding, understanding and goal sustainability evaluation. In order to promote the understanding of students, teachers carry out system design, modification and evaluation of the curriculum and the teaching process. The TFU teaching mode in the teaching principle, the students that learning is through continuous efforts and combined with the practical problems in life and production. The junior middle school physics comes from life, features used in life is good. In order to solve physical problems in real life requires students to actively explore, in understanding the basis of mastering new knowledge. TFU teaching mode can effectively help teachers design teaching mode, causes the student to form the habit of learning, understanding, as the first. The physical content of the junior high school to common and extensive experience in practice, research on TFU teaching mode also provides a useful supplement.In this study, through the method of experimental research, questionnaire investigation, interview to verify the feasibility of TFU teaching mode applied to the junior middle school physics teaching, and the improvement of classroom teaching, to enable students to think actively and in response to the teaching. According to the characteristics of the curriculum standards and the physical science, summed up the implementation of the TFU teaching mode. The author carried out a teaching design in accordance with the TFU teaching mode in junior high school physics teaching on the part of the people’s education press. In order to make the TFU teaching mode of practice and operation in the junior middle school physics teaching, the author carried out the practice of Physics Teaching for long time in the seventh middle school of Ulanhot city. The multi factor analysis of the two parallel classes test scores and questionnaire survey, test the effectiveness of TFU teaching model in junior middle school physics teaching.Based on the application of TFU teaching model in junior middle school physics teaching practice and the analysis of experimental results, found the TFU teaching model makes the students become masters of the junior middle school physics class, help to improve the quality of physical teaching; TFU teaching mode in order to adapt to the new curriculum standard of junior middle school physics classroom teaching for students physical knowledge, the formation of the system as a whole, the overall grasp the basic content of physics, so as to improve the physical performance. At the same time, the author also found the problems need to be solved, which provides some references for the future research work of teaching.
