With the continuous development of science and information technology, the demand for talent is becoming more diverse and high standards in the face of different needs and different requirements of individual quality to the national community, the traditional teaching can not meet the needs of modern teaching. Promulgation of the new "National College of School Sports Curriculum Teaching" and implementation, marking China’s college sports reform era into the curriculum. Today, in the context of physical education reform, reforms to adapt teaching philosophy and ideology of modern physical education. How to use in the teaching process appropriate teaching mode to stimulate students’ interest in learning, changing learning attitude, cultivate self-learning ability, cognitive ability and sense of cooperation, improve the quality of physical education, has become one of the various colleges and universities need to be resolved. This article introduced anchored teaching model college volleyball elective course teaching practice, and anchored teaching model with the traditional teaching model for teaching experiment, the effect produced on teaching comparative analysis, to explore its feasibility in college volleyball elective classes and effectiveness, provide theoretical and practical basis for improving the quality of teaching volleyball.In this paper, the use of literature, expert interviews, questionnaires, teaching experiment, and mathematical statistics, in the teaching experiment, the experimental group using anchored teaching model for teaching the control group using traditional teaching mode of teaching, by statistical analysis of experimental data and teaching the theory of teaching comprehensive results:(1) Experiment proved that the use of anchored teaching model in college volleyball elective course in the law is in line with the teaching of modern volleyball, college volleyball for the development of teaching has a positive role in promoting.(2) The use of anchored teaching model in college volleyball elective course in teaching and traditional teaching model experimental process, anchored teaching model to improve student fitness and volleyball Volleyball Specialized technical level has a significant effect, easier to excite potential students after the experiment has been significantly improved over the previous experiments.(3) At college volleyball classes anchored teaching model for teaching and traditional teaching can stimulate students’interest in learning compared to learning in order to change attitudes, and self-learning ability of students, co-awareness and cognitive abilities have been significantly improved.(4) The use of anchored teaching model in college volleyball elective course in teaching, the science student performance in volleyball and volleyball specific physical aspects of superior technical standards, and liberal arts students in the technical evaluation of the advantages of baking slightly, a comprehensive analysis of anchor teaching model is more suitable for science students.
