Research On The Construction Of The Evaluation Index System For The Core Competitiveness Of CBA Professional Basketball Clubs

With the continuous advancement and maturity of China’s market economic system reform,the impact of market economy on the field of professional sports is also deepening.CBA professional league has been constantly reformed in the course of its development for more than 20 years.CBA company,separation of management and management,and business development of Basketball Association have been reformed to make CBA League truly market-oriented and professional.However,there are still a series of problems in CBA league,such as imperfect operation mechanism,club loss,unclear property rights and so on.Therefore,introducing the core competence theory into the research of professional basketball clubs and constructing the evaluation index system of core competence of CBA professional basketball clubs are of great significance to the long-term development of CBA clubs.By using the methods of documentation,expert interview,questionnaire survey and analytic hierarchy process,this paper analyses and studies the construction of the evaluation index system of core competitiveness of CBA professional basketball clubs,and draws the following conclusions:1.The core competitiveness of CBA professional basketball clubs is defined as: CBA professional basketball clubs in the long-term development,by fully integrating their own resources and making full use of external environmental resources,so that the main competitors can obtain long-term sustainable competitive advantages in social,economic and competitive benefits than other CBA professional basketball clubs in the unique overall strength or comprehensive quality.2.In the research of CBA professional basketball club’s core competitiveness,its core competitiveness should be based on the club’s own development.Each club’s core competitiveness factors are different.In the study of CBA professional basketball club’s core competitiveness,we should consider not only the universality of core competitiveness,but also its uniqueness.3.The index system is not unchanged,it is timeliness,openness,and a constantly updated system.The continuous development of market economy will produce new influencing factors on the organization and operation of professional sports clubs.The index of influencing factors will enrich the connotation and scope of the evaluation of the core competitiveness of clubs.4.The core competitiveness of CBA professional basketball club is mainly composed of eight elements: training and competitive ability,human resources ability,business operation ability,internal governance ability,organizational management ability,learning and growth ability,team culture,social responsibility ability,and 35 secondary indicators of its subordinates.Only through the coordinated development of these elements,can the club grow steadily and maintain.Long-term sustainable competitive advantage.5.There are still many areas to be improved in the development of CBA professional basketball league.This paper tries to construct the evaluation index system of core competitiveness of CBA professional basketball club and puts forward the following ways to enhance core competitiveness: improving team training and positive level,building excellent team culture,improving human resources structure,maintaining the sustainable development of Club competitiveness,strengthening club business operation and city.Field development,increase club revenue;shape the club’s good social public image,achieve mutual benefit and win-win;enhance the brand value of CBA league,vigorously develop related industries.
