In the modern era, and constantly update their knowledge to accelerate the speed, the increasingly fierce competition between people, reading and reading ability also affects the position of a person living in the community and their lifelong development. On primary language learning, its value also lies in shouldering the burden of training students reading ability and reinforce lifelong learning. China’s "compulsory language curriculum standards"(2011 edition) to determine the overall goal of language learning that is independent of the ability to read, learn to use a variety of reading methods. This independent reading ability, students’ independent reading is a manifestation of its core elements that students must master reading strategies so as to form reading ability. Empirical research on the primary language reading strategy instruction, not only meet the needs of students’ reading ability and comprehensive capacity development, but also conducive to the reform of the primary language classroom effective teaching.In this study, Changchun A primary school as a case, the "primary language teaching reading strategies status quo," the relevant investigation, select the eight schools and 30 teachers in regular classes for the study, through classroom observation, teaching recordings, interviews with teachers, etc. collecting data, a comprehensive understanding of the status quo a comparative analysis of primary school language teaching reading strategies. Through the survey found that there is a problem A primary school language teaching reading strategies: First, the primary language of teaching reading strategies are not being taken seriously in the teaching of reading; second, the overall sense of teaching reading strategies is yet to come; and third, the primary language teachers teaching reading strategies relative to a single type of selection and the distribution is not reasonable; fourth, not enough on the fitness of primary school language teachers for teaching reading strategies used.After basic causes of reading strategies by analyzing the primary language teaching issues, and further research related to the theory and some of our primary school language teaching reading excellent case in Taiwan and the mainland, make some scientific, specific, actionable and effective use of language reading strategies recommended teaching: first, to increase the ability of teachers to cultivate awareness of reading strategies; second, a clear curriculum standards requirements, teaching` reading strategies; and third, to grasp the development trend, clearly read the contents of teaching strategies.
