In today’s society, people are value education and especially the basic education, Chinese subject in basic education play important reuse, the Chinese reading ability is a lifelong necessary skills, learning is the foundation of all the other subjects, to our growth and success, exchange and application is of great significance.Because the current primary school students’ homework burden is very heavy, parents give their children too much pressure, make the student’s learning is very passive, learning participation, enthusiasm is not high enough. And in the Chinese teaching, reading is also very boring, they need to face some boring text, after reading also need to answer the following questions, or do a series of homework, is not interested in, their reading without the slightest happy, only burden. Therefore, it is urgent to put forward a teaching strategy to adapt to the current learning status of primary school students. I hope that through this study, we can use some specific strategies and methods for students to read, feel the charm and pleasure of reading.Therefore, this paper will focus on the in today’s education under the environment of primary school Chinese classroom "reading" and "degree" of the two concept of participation, the intersection between them, is also the student reading a new concept of degree of participation. And through to the elementary school lower grade students observation, questionnaire survey and interviews, to understand their learning habits, and referring to the domestic and foreign relevant theories and the existing research designed to meet the teaching strategies to promote students to participate in the pupils’ reading habits. Specifically divided into the following several parts of the study:Firstly, a variety of methods are used to study. Through the development of students’ observation scale to understand the students’ learning participation. Through the questionnaire, understand the students’ reading interest and reading participation. Most of the students and Chinese teachers through interviews, to understand their intuitive feelings and learning conditions. Through the stage of testing, check their own strategies or activities on the impact of students’ reading ability. By using this teaching model, students’ reading participation significantly improved, good reading habits are formed, the students’ team cooperation ability strengthens unceasingly, gradually improve the students’ ability of expression.
