Inclusive Education is one of the three education ideological trends in recent education. The concept was inspired by the proposal that education is a basic human right and is a necessary foundation of social equity. Inclusive Education helped the globalization of traditional education develop with a rapid pace; its core is to guarantee the balance of the development between society and individual. That is to say, Inclusive Education is the mainstream in the future.After Inclusive Education has been announced by the Declaration of Salamanca (1994), many countries have started the explored of it and regard it as the guideline of their local education. South Africa is a multi-ethnic country, being influenced by racism for a long period of time. With the established of democratic government, South Africa started to develop Inclusive Education according to the social reality. Inclusive Education in South Africa advocated that all learners with different races, ranks and genders could enjoy the equal source of education. It was trying to deepen the concept into learners’ minds and enhance learners’ ability. This dissertation mainly pays attention to analysis Inclusive Education in South Africa, especially in its theoretical foundation and practice. The aim of this dissertation is to study the positive experience of Inclusive Education in South Africa and then use it as the guide to that in China.The theoretical analysis method of this dissertation is case study and the compare between Inclusive Education in South Africa and China. The main body can be divided into six parts:The first part is introdution, the main core of this study should be initially highlighted. This part contains the review of Inclusive Education in South Africa and China, and points out the research method.The second part focuses on the very beginning and the social and political motivation of Inclusive Education in South Africa. In the early age black people in South Africa ware separated from white people and they had no rights to be educated. In order to fight against this situation, the Democratic Party in South Africa helped black people take back their legal human rights, including education right.Thirdly, the thesis discussed the exploration period of Inclusive Education in South Africa. Because there was a dramatic gap between rich and poor, the education of black people fell behind that of white people. To solve this problem, the government decided to introduce the education policy for all people in South Africa.The fourth part introduces the reality about developing period of Inclusive Education in South Africa. The theoretical background is analyzed by diversified education and people oriented theory, while the social background is analyzed by globalization, economic background and tourism in South Africa.The fifth part analyses the developing trend of Inclusive Education by educational aims, educational mode and educational guide in South Africa. In this period, Inclusive Education in South Africa has developed into quite a ripe and comprehensive mode.Last but not the least, the dissertation aims at measuring the recent situation of Inclusive Education in China (Study in Class) and finds out the inspiring of that in South Africa. In-class-study is the major part of Inclusive Education in China. However, there were still many negative factors in Chinese Inclusive Education. To find out a better way for development, Chinese Inclusive Education should absorb the successful experience of that in South Africa.The conclusion of this research shows that Inclusive Education in South Africa is quite to guide that in China. However, the polity maker in China should not totally foll(?) the experience of South Africa. The positive way to develop Inclusive Education in China is to combine the success method and the reality of Chinese education and then lead China to globalization in every, aspect.
