| With the increase of the number of left-behind children and the difficulty of their problems,many scholars have studied and analyzed the survival,psychology,education,rights and interests of left-behind children,it is found that the problem of left-behind children is a complex social problem,which needs the joint attention and efforts of the government,scholars and all walks of life.However,social and research scholars lack of attention and research on the academic plight of rural left-behind girls.Academic distress is a common educational problem.Many researchers in different fields have analyzed it and put forward some measures to solve it.Under the guidance of the theory of social support,this research,based on the idea of helping others to help themselves,uses professional social work skills,and takes the left-behind girl L who has academic difficulties as the research object,in the light of the problems of low academic achievement and weak social support,the case work method is adopted to intervene,by means of interview,scale and observation,the social support of the clients in the four dimensions of emotional support,substantive support,information support and evaluation support was collected,help the service object to improve the academic performance,admitted to the ideal ordinary high school,and enhanced the social support dynamics,successfully achieved the service goal.By summarizing and reflecting on the process of service intervention,it is found that the intervention of case work in the academic plight of rural left-behind girls has obvious advantages and feasibility,which enriches the field of social work practice,it provides some theoretical thinking and practical experience for the intervention of the left-behind girls in rural areas.The study found that the case work involved in the problem of the left-behind girls in rural areas should focus on the improvement of their academic performance and the enhancement of their internal support,and the core of the case work should be the reshaping of the concept of education to meet the emotional support needs of girls To address the substantive support needs of girls by linking social resources;to address the information support needs of girls on the platform of social work agencies;and to address the evaluation support needs of girls with a focus on resilience,to strengthen the social support for left-behind girls,thus solving the problem of academic difficulties. |
