With the development of Chinese economy ,the communication between China and the world become more and more close, the international status of Chinese language is also rising, "Chinese fever" has also been continued. Meanwhile, the Chinese International Education has developed rapidly around the world, but the specific circumstances of each country is different, Chinese teachers should try to use different teaching skills to each students in accordance with their aptitude.Early 20th century, Serbia was part of the former Yugoslavia, and then with the disintegration of Yugoslavia, Serbia set up an independent republic. Since then,Serbia has been in good cooperation with China.Due to recent developments in Serbia’s own needs, the cooperation between two governments has increased, and Serbian people also realize the status and importance of the Chinese language.Based on this, a lot of Serbian students want to learn Chinese in order to meet the challenges of the new era.In addition to the capital of Serbia, Belgrade and Novi Sad have Confucius Institute, the Chinese class of primary school and secondary school is developed by the Serbian Capital Ministry of Education and the Embassy cooperation projects. Chinese courses in primary school and secondary school are defined as interest courses. And the schools have neither teaching program as guidance, nor specify materials as consultation for teaching,the quality of teaching Chinese language courses is lack of effective supervision. So Chinese language teaching and promotion of primary school and secondary school in Serbia is extremely difficult.This article is talking about the problems in Chinese class in Serbian elementary school and how to deal with these issues by using instructional design theory, and some examples will be corroborated. What I will do about the research is to use language teaching environment in Serbian primary schools as background, combined with my teaching experience in Vuk Karadzic school and the experience of the Ministry of Education Embassy of Serbia talks. First, This article will introduce teaching status and characteristics of students in Serbia, then point out the problems in Chinese class, and finally by summing up the experience to explain how to deal with the problems. Hope to use better instructional design to optimize our teaching activities in order to achieve better teaching effect.
