Language is the most important human thinking and communication tools, to learn and master a foreign language is becoming one of the qualities of national essential. As the world’s most extensive language, the use of English has more significance.With the rapid development of economy and culture, the workers with the English skills have generally increased in demand in Wujiang District, Suzhou City of Jiangsu Province in recent years, and But we especially basic English teaching junior high school English teaching, but there are many problems, the biggest problem is the teaching of English by their lack of expertise, teaching methods behind. To solve this problem, we conducted a series of training for junior high school English teacher, but with little success.Given the above background, the author uses a questionnaire, action research, etc. These training activities conducted in-depth research and found that these training activities empty, for daily teaching activities did not help much and most of formality. To solve this problem, I read a lot of relevant literature data combined with theoretical knowledge they have learned, the proposed change ideas, rich form of training, strengthening management and other suggestions of teachers, hoping the issue of teacher training middle school teachers have a positive impact.
