As the capital of Hohhot, Inner Mongolia, Hohhot has a large number of workers entering employment workers, their school-age children are attending schools at all levels corresponding to enter, resulting in significantly increased demand for education and schooling process. Migrant Children Hohhot become the region’s most concentrated urban schooling. Children of migrant workers are those who follow one or both parents to the economically developed areas of the city or work or business of compulsory child. The main problem they face is low unequal access to education and quality of education, and this issue will affect the growth of a generation, is not conducive to building the popularity of compulsory education and social harmony. Therefore, attention and problem solving migrants children’s education is not only speed up the process of modernization, the objective requirements to promote the balanced development of compulsory education,but also of great significance for regional development.In view of this, a lot of paper on the basis of empirical research, by analyzing Hohhot compulsory education of children of migrant workers the status and characteristics of view, through data collection and analysis,summed up the reasons for pastoral education of migrant children or wife, the use cases Groups such as social work intervention methods to help farmers and migrant children or wife recovery support the family, school, peer groups,so as to actively adapt to the reality of fathers flow, establish personal development goals, and to improve their education enthusiasm and expectations of life.
