As the core strength of "teaching" in educational internship and the "important others" in the eyes of interns, primary and secondary school internship instructors are the key figures to ensure that the value of educational internship can be brought into play.In 2016,the Ministry of Education fully implemented the "Double Tutorial System" in the Opinions on Strengthening the Educational Practice of Normal Students, and actively recruited outstanding primary and secondary school teachers with rich teaching experience and responsibility to join the ranks of teacher educators trained by normal students before service.Their professionalism directly affects the effectiveness of teacher education practice activities. However, there is a lack of research and consensus on what core qualities the instructors in practice schools should have and what literacy structure should be based on to form scientific guidance and professional norms. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to find out the literacy structure of practice instructors in primary and secondary schools in China, and to provide reference for standardizing the selection criteria and training mechanism of practice school instructors. This study is based on "What kind of literacy structure should practice instructors in primary and secondary schools in China have?" The research problem is carried out by combining top-down and bottom-up,and the construction of "the literacy structure of practice guidance teachers in primary and secondary schools" is investigated and explored theoretically and practically by using the methods of literature, investigation and Delphi.Based on the theoretical viewpoints and policy requirements, the theoretical analysis framework of the quality of practice instructors in primary and secondary schools is sorted out;Based on the investigation of the demands of normal interns as the main beneficiaries of internship guidance;Based on the quality extracted from excellent practice instructors. From the above three paths, the "literacy structure of practice instructors in primary and secondary schools" is initially constructed, and then the preliminary "literacy structure of practice instructors in primary and secondary schools" is revised and improved by means of expert consultation, and the final conclusion is drawn. It is found that the literacy structure system of practice instructors in primary and secondary schools can be composed of three first-level dimensions, six second-level dimensions and twenty-five third-level dimensions. This structural system is mainly developed from three dimensions:professional character, professional knowledge and professional ability.Specifically,it includes six secondary dimensions:teachers’ morality, personality traits, education and teaching knowledge, practice guidance related knowledge, education and teaching ability, and practice guidance ability. The second dimension is divided into several third dimensions.Put forward development suggestions around the literacy structure of practice instructors in primary and secondary schools, include:Standardize the selection criteria and select primary and secondary school teachers educators who are suitable for guiding normal students;Provide technical support and guide the practice instructors in primary and secondary schools to give effective guidance;Carry forward the spirit of inheritance and optimize the guiding character of practice instructors in primary and secondary schools. It is expected that this literacy structure can provide reference for the selection and training of practice guidance teachers in primary and secondary schools, help teachers to clarify their literacy requirements, and find the direction to improve their literacy to ensure the quality of guidance.
