Private higher vocational education as an important type of higher vocational education, plays an important social responsibility in cultivating senior technical talents and skills, and it has also the obvious impetus in optimizing the allocation of talent resources of our country. Private higher vocational education in our country has realized the great leap forward development, along with the gradual expansion of enrollment and teaching quality, the stability of the private vocational colleges and the rates of teachers attract more people’s attention. In recent years, to enhance the quality of teaching has become the bottleneck of sustainable development of local private colleges, how to guarantee the teaching quality has become a priority among priorities of sustainable development of private higher vocational colleges, while the reasonable number and stable teaching are also important to ensure the quality of teaching therefore, how to attract excellent teachers is one of the urgent problem need solved for private vocational colleges and universities to realize the sustainable development. The level of teachers’ organizational attractiveness perception as an important index to test teachers’ occupation colleges private attraction strength, the management of private higher vocational colleges has a strong guiding significance in maintaining the sustainable development of private higher vocational colleges. The high level of organizational attractiveness perception can retain good teachers, improve the teachers’ loyalty to the school and self dedication, the realization of private vocational colleges and teachers collaborative development. In this paper, including Zhengzhou City, Jiaozuo City, Zhoukou City, Luohe city and Xinyang city and other places in Henan province, more than 348 private higher vocational colleges teachers as the main body to carry on the questionnaire investigation and interview analysis, based on the use of management and psychology theory knowledge, the following conclusions are obtained:(1) the organization for teachers of private vocational colleges attractiveness perc eption on the whole in the mid to upper level of teachers in private higher vocational colleges to which attractiveness perception work value of the highest, followed by growth and value, the atmosphere value and basic value, and attractiveness perception in credit value of teachers in Private Vocational Colleges is the lowest. From the background factors, the influence of teachers of private vocational colleges organizational attractiveness perception include the teacher’s age, seniority, position, and work experience and other factors.(2) teachers in private vocational colleges organizational commitment overall in the middle level, the level of teachers in private vocational colleges and normative commitment is the highest, followed by affective commitment and ideal commitment, and teachers in private vocational colleges in continuous commitment level is relatively low. From the background factors, the level of teachers in private vocational colleges organizational commitment are affected by age, seniority, position and work experience and other factors.(3) teachers in private vocational colleges organizational citizenship behavior overall in the middle level, the teachers of private vocational colleges, helping the colleague, devotion and obeying law protection of resources and the maintenance of harmonious level is higher, while in the identity in the aspect of organization level is relatively low. From the background factors, the influence of teachers of private vocational colleges organizational citizenship level include age, seniority, position work experience and other factors.(4) teachers of private vocational colleges organizational attractiveness perception and its various dimensions and teachers’organizational commitment and its dimensions are closely related, by enhancing organization attraction perception level of teachers in private vocational colleges, to a certain extent, obviously improve the teachers’ organizational commitment level. The commitment of these three factors of teacher organizational attractiveness perception of credit value, development value and work value on organizational factors of teachers have positive correlation significantly; work value and the growing value of tissue factor in attractiveness perception have significant positive correlation effect on organizational commitment of normative commitment; organizational attractiveness perception credit value factor there’s a notable positive influence on the emotional commitment factor of organizational commitment; organizational attractiveness perception in the growing value factor has a notable positive influence on the sustained commitment factor of organizational commitment.(5) there is close relationship between teachers in private vocational colleges organizational attractiveness perception and organizational citizenship behavior and dimensions, by improving the teachers of private vocational colleges organizational attractiveness perception, to a certain extent, obviously improve the teachers’ organizational citizenship behavior level. There is a notable positive influence credit value factor organizational attractiveness perception of teachers’ organizational citizenship behavior in general and its organizational identification and assist colleagues factor; work value perception factor organization attraction has a notable positive influence on devotion and obeying law factor of organizational citizenship behavior; growth of tissue factor in the attraction value perception has a positive the related effect on organizational citizenship behavior of maintaining harmonious factor; basic value factor of organizational attractiveness perception has a notable positive influence on the assist colleagues factor.(6) the private vocational colleges on credit value factor teachers organizational attractiveness perception has notable positive influence on Teachers’ organizational commitment and ideal commitment factor overall affective commitment and organiza-tional citizenship behavior factor, overall and identity of the tissue factor and assist colleagues factor; work value perception of tissue factor in the attraction has a notable positive influence the devotion and obeying law factor on Teachers’ organizational commitment and its overall ideal commitment and normative commitment factor, factor of organizational citizenship behavior; basic value factor in organizational attractiveness perception has positive effect on ideal commitment factor in Teachers’ organizational commitment, has positive influence to assist colleagues factor in Teachers’ organizational citizenship behavior; the growing value of tissue factor in the attraction has a notable positive influence for the continued commitment of teachers’ organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behavior that the factor in maintaining harmonious factor.(7)there is close relationship between the teachers of private vocational institutions, organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behavior and its dimensions, by raising the level of teachers in private vocational colleges organizational commitment, organizational citizenship behavior level can obviously improve the teachers in a certain extent; organizational citizenship behavior, organizational commitment and ideal commitment factor in to the teacher the organizational identification, assist colleagues and has notable positive influence to maintain harmonious factor; organizational citizenship behavior, normative commitment factors on Teachers’ devotion and obeying law factor, assist colleagues factor and protect the resources factor has notable positive influence; affective commitment has notable positive influence on organizational identification factor and obeying the law factor.(8)there exists a positive association between these three closely woven attractive behavior perception, teachers’ organizational commitment and organizational citizen-s hip teachers in private higher vocational schools, not only the teachers’ organizational attractiveness perception plays a partial intermediary effect on teachers’ organizational citizenship behavior, but also the teachers’organizational commitment plays a direct influence betweent teachers’ organizational attractiveness perception and teachers’ organizational citizenship behavior.
