“One vocational education,one employment,a family out of poverty”has become the fastest way to block intergenerational transmission of poverty.There are 11,500 vocational schools,1,423 higher vocational colleges and 322 private higher vocational colleges and universities,accounting for 22.63 percent of China’s higher vocational colleges and universities,according to the annual statistics on the Education Department’s web site.The 19 th CPC National Congress and the 4th plenary session of the 19 th CPC Central Committee pointed out that we should support and standardize social forces to set up education.The non-governmental educational undertaking belongs to the public welfare undertaking and is a component part of socialist educational undertaking.The state shall actively encourage,vigorously support,correctly guide and administer private education in accordance with law.Private higher vocational colleges are playing an increasingly important role in the process of training all-round and compound talents.However,the high turnover rate of teachers in private higher vocational colleges has seriously affected the construction of the teaching staff in private higher vocational colleges,it’s a problem that’s been plaguing the school.A large number of studies have shown that the turnover rate is closely related to organizational commitment,and if private higher vocational colleges want to stand out from the competition of vocational education,the most fundamental is whether it has a good moral character,strong ability,professional and stable teaching staff,so it is of great significance to improve the organizational commitment of teachers.At present,there are many researches on organizational commitment,many of which show that the fit of individual-organizational values affects employees’ organizational commitment.However,there is no research on the impact of personal-organizational value fit and organizational commitment of teachers in private higher vocational colleges.This paper first uses the literature research method to comb the connotation,structure and related theories of work value,individual-organization value fit and organization commitment.Then,by using the method of empirical research,the author intends to set up a “Value matching has a significant positive effect on organizational commitment”,taking the teachers of Jilin T vocational and Technical College as the research object,collecting the network questionnaire,and finally getting 182 valid samples,the reliability and validity of the questionnaire were analyzed,correlation Analysis and regression analysis were used to examine the effects of individual-organization value fit on affective commitment,retention commitment and normative commitment in the dimensions of altruism,interpersonal relationship,reward,reputation,security,authority,diversity and autonomy Furthermore,the matching group is defined as the group whose values are more than the individual values,and the group whose values are less than the individual values is called the mismatching group Combined with the three levels of personal work value,each dimension is divided into six groups,matching group(high work value,medium work value and low work value),the mismatch group(high work value,medium work value,low work value)was used to explore the differences of affective commitment,remaining commitment and normative commitment among six different groups.The results show that the organizational commitment of private higher vocational college teachers is low,and the fit of personal-organizational values has significant regression effect on affective commitment,remaining commitment and normative commitment The individual-organization value fit of the mismatched group has significant regression effect on affective commitment,retention commitment and normative commitment,however,the individual-organization value fit of the matching group(whose organizational values were equal to or higher than the individual values)only had significant regression effect on norm commitment,and the variance analysis showed that the organizational commitment of the six groups was also significantly different,finally,some suggestions are given to strengthen the organizational commitment of teachers,which can provide some empirical evidence for the private higher vocational colleges to improve the organizational commitment of teachers and to establish an effective retention mechanism.
