Research On The Function Of Government In The Process Of Modern Higher Vocational Education

The higher vocational education as the advanced stage of the higher education, is an important part of the higher education, which plays an important role in promoting the development of national economy, the development of the society. It develops talents who are strengthened with the technical ability,manipulative ability,to make the theoretical knowledge on the basis of sublimate. The main function of this kind of education is to develop applied talents for the shop floor, which is the main character. However, the vocational education is still in a weak position in china currently. To develop vocational education vigorously is not only a new requirement for emerging technology talents training in the future economic development and social progress in China, but also the entire education reform trend. As an important part of the socialist educational cause with Chinese characteristics, the higher vocational education plays a very important role in the developing of human resources, improving the quality of workers and the advancement of productivity with the way of broadening employment channels. Finally, it plays an irreplaceable role in the successful labor force employment of the whole society, which is also the inherent requirement of economic and social progress and the implementation of the strategy of developing the country through science and education.With the development of market economy, the society puts forward new requirements to the higher vocational education with the principle of the guidance of market, the guidance of obtain employment. Then, the relationship between the government and higher vocational education changed. In recent years, higher vocational education in our country develops rapidly, it is the important role that the government plays. My paper reviewed through the development of higher vocational education, learned from the advanced idea of higher vocational education on abroad. Then, after analyzed the current situation of Chinese higher vocational education, I showed function of the government after the participation of Vocational Education and analyzed the deficiencies in this in the process. Ultimately, I put forward the improvement measures and counter measures on the deficiency by combining with actual cases from some higher vocational colleges.
