Research On The Government’s Role In The Development Of The Integration Of Production And Education In Higher Vocational Colleges In Guizhou

The report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out that in order to build a modern vocational education system,we must further promote school enterprise cooperation and expand the integration of production and education.The integration of production and education was one of the themes of the future development of Vocational Education in China."Production" and "education" respectively represent industry and education.In short,they were the deep integration between vocational education and industrial development.A good vocational education could provide a continuous stream of talents for industrial development,and a good industrial development could promote the innovation of vocational education personnel training,so the integration of production and education is also a two-way process.Since the 12th Five Year Plan,vocational education had developed quickly in Guizhou Province.Both the number of schools,the number of students and the scale of running schools had made great progress.In the13 th Five Year Plan period,Guizhou had made it clear that it is necessary to further promote the education development of vocational colleges.Vocational education parks such as Qingzhen Vocational Education City had been built to further promote the integration of industry and education.To promote the integration of industry and education,the key lied in how to promote the integration and development of higher vocational education and economic industry.Among them,the role of the government was very important.On the basis of introducing various macro policies to guide the integration of industry and education,local governments need to combine local reality and implement them according to local conditions,so as to achieve good results.Therefore,it was of great significance to study whether the government plays a role in promoting the integration of production and education in Higher Vocational Colleges and how to play a role.This paper used the methods of literature,case study and comparison to conduct research and analysis,which was divided into eight parts: the first part put forward questions based on the background of the topic,explains the purpose and significance of the research,reviewed the relevant research status at home and abroad,and clarifies the researched content and research methods.The second part was the explanation of core concepts and basic theories.The third part analyzes the role of local government in the integration of production and education in Guizhou Higher Vocational Colleges from the aspects of the status quo of the role of local government,the effectiveness of the role of local government.The fourth part was to analyze the problems and dilemmas of local government in promoting the integration of industry and education in Guizhou Province.The fifth part was a case study of Guizhou construction vocational and technical college.The sixth part was to study and analyze the experience of the governments of developed countries and developed areas of education outside the province to promote the integration of production and education in higher vocational colleges.According to the above analysis,the seventh part put forward the corresponding solutions.The eighth part was the conclusion.
