From the legal education objects, primary school education is the most basic part, because the primary school education is universal and some continuous, what’s more from the education object adaptability, the communication of the legal education is more suitable for the pupils. The legal system propaganda content and primary school moral education of Ideological and political courses combine together, as far as possible to carry out rich and colorful legal activities inside and outside the classroom, let the society, families and schools can be effectively combined, and strive to be innovative in the way of education, in order to improve the students’ awareness of law and the legal belief, the juvenile delinquency and illegal the phenomenon of crime play a preventive role. Due to the particularity of the primary school students, legal education can use less investment for higher efficiency. Before the students have not formed completely fixed legal concept and habit, to strengthen the legal education of primary school can not only help them to have a correct understanding of the legal system, but also lay a solid foundation for the construction of the socialist country ruled by law.At present, due to the influence of historical objective factors and the traditional way of thinking, there are many problems in the legal system on our understanding of the primary school education, often mistakenly think that just let them keep classroom discipline, abide by the traffic rules, prevention of crime, but the ignorance of the legal education needs us to pay attention to the basic law.
