Along with the thoughts of Constructivism was introduced to China, teachers were beginning to attempt the new teaching mode of Group Cooperative Learning from the traditional teaching methods under the new Curriculum Revolution.I had a study on Group Cooperative Learning in Math subject. Math is the hardest subject that would take more time to learn. Middle school math learning needs more practices under traditional teaching mode thus it is easy to create students’weariness of studying throughout their learning. Besides, it requires teachers spend so much time on the homework correcting and would ignore their teaching plan preparation that makes less effective teaching in the classroom. Based on the investigation of junior students’math learning in my class and combined with the theory of Group Cooperative Learning and my own teaching experience, I had a deep analysis on the practice of Group Cooperative Learning and made a detailed statement on how to launch a Group Cooperative Learning on junior students’math learning, including opportunity-grasp, memberships, how to create "score system", "desk-and-chair arrangement", discussion, use of teaching plan, evaluation, classroom management and Extra-curriculum activities, etc.. I launched resolution strategy by using my theory learning and practical experience. In the end, I would indicate that my junior math group cooperative learning had made good effect by the statistics that I have had on my students’math learning.
