The Function And Function-Realization Of The Ideological Political Education Of The Colleges’ And Universities’ Official Microblog

Since the microblog came into China, it has exerted extensive and profound influence on the social from all walks of life. As a response to the call of " Occupying positions of the ideological and political education based on internet", most of the colleges and universities has been engaged in the official microblog construction and explored its function of the ideological and political education. However, research in this field is still in its infancy. There are lots of problems in the construction and management of official microblog. None of those colleges and universities knew how to understand and apply its function of the ideological and political education. It has become a problem urgently to be solved in the current academia and education circles.In this paper, following the principle of System Research, we study this topic according to the logic of "from concept to system, from theory to practice, from problems to measures".In the Introduction, the basic concepts of "Official Microblog of Colleges and Universities" and "Function of the Ideological and Political Education" are first discussed, followed by the summary of available literature and the value of this paper. Then we point out the research idea and methods of this paper. In the fowling three chapters, we discuss three core issues according to the research design and methods.In the First Chapter, the core issue is "Whether official microblog has the function of Ideological and Political Education and what is the concrete manifestation of the Ideological and Political Education function". Using empirical support and classical theory(Such as Marxist Hominology Theory and Weak Ties Advantage Theory), we prove the existence of the function from both theory and reality aspects. Also, the content and the manifestation of functions of Ideological and Political Education are analyzed systematically in this chapter.In the Second Chapter, the core issue is "what the problems are in the realization of Ideological and Political Education function". On the basis of a sampling survey of official microblog, we find four problems in its operation management and content organization. These discoveries provide research basis for the last chapter.In the Last Chapter, the core issue is "How to realize the Ideological and Political Education function of official microblog". We believe that colleges and universities should devote more attention to the achievement of official microblog’s Ideological and Political Education function, construct a unified leadership system and working team, design a well-established institutional system, plan reasonably and keep daily maintenance, ensure safety through the network supervision and guidance of public opinion, integrate resources and strengthen cooperation, and strengthen Ideological orientation, pay more attention to personality construction, carry out the psychological adjustment, scientifically plan quality development, and attach great importance to practical guidance.The innovation of this paper lies in:It proves the existence of the function from both theory and reality aspects, and points out the concrete manifestation of the Ideological and Political Education function. It also has practical significance that we analyze the problems in the construction and management of official microblog, and proposed the corresponding solutions.
