Gratefulness is a set of behavior reaction system that is on the natural, social and others for their own benefit and helping our sincere recognition and a sincere understanding and intending of the return. It is a kind of cognitive, emotion, desire but also a kind of behavior. Gratefulness consciousness is an essential part of moral quality, and the education of feeling grateful is an important means of cultivating gratefulness consciousness. This paper, taking Yiyang Vocational and Technical College as an example, researches on the present situation and causes of the Gratefulness Education of the students’ in Yiyang Vocational and Technical College, and combines the teaching practice, to put forward some specific measures in Gratefulness Education, so as to provide guidance of the theory and practice for those higher vocational education workers in Gratefulness Education.This paper is divided into the following five chapters.The first chapter of this paper is an introduction, mainly discusses the research background, significance and methods of Gratefulness Education, describes domestic and foreign outside research status of Gratefulness Education, and states this papers writing basic ideas and the innovation.The second chapter of this paper describes gratefulness and the connotation, necessity and related theory of Gratefulness Education. This chapter focuses on the study of the theory of gratefulness, and is the theories basis of Gratefulness Education.The third chapter of this paper is the analysis on the status of Gratefulness Education in higher vocational colleges, on the basis of questionnaire in Yiyang Vocational and Technical College, understanding the current status of higher vocational students’ grateful consciousness, points out the main problems of this kind of education in higher vocational colleges, and analyzes the causes of deficiency of Gratefulness Education.The fourth chapter of this paper is to strengthen the countermeasures of Gratefulness Education. in higher vocational colleges, which is the focus of the full paper and proposes the corresponding countermeasures aiming at the causes of deficiency of gratitude feeling on the basis of relevant theories and research data of the previous paper.The last chapter of this paper is to discuss the results of Gratefulness Education in Yiyang Vocational and Technical College.
