Graduate employment problems have become increasingly severe, resulting in a relatively large impact on society, universities and individuals will graduate. Master of graduate education discipline liberal arts graduates as compared to science students, their job with full employment can be challenging. After research and analysis, I believe that the correct orientation is conducive to job formation graduate employment outlook and realistic, can effectively guide the master’s graduates job, proper training and education disciplines master class graduate job orientation has great theoretical and practical significance, which requires graduates, universities, state and society three main efforts. First of all graduates to establish a correct concept of job, the ability to improve the job in the job search process rational use of social capital; secondly universities must improve the level of employment services, strengthen job counseling, and to provide opportunities for graduate students of professional practice; and finally to play social and guiding role of the state, not only to improve the employment policy, the labor market but also to strengthen regulation and supervision, increase efforts to support their own businesses.
