In recent years,with the expansion of the scale of graduate students year by year,our country pays more and more attention to the cultivation quality.The employment situation of graduates is an important indicator to measure the quality of graduate students,and also an important part of the ranking and evaluation of universities.In recent years,the work of school physical education is more and more strengthened,and the reform of school physical education curriculum in Shanghai is also gradually deepening.The teaching staff has become more and more important.Therefore,it is of great theoretical significance and practical value to investigate the current situation of the graduates of the master's degree of physical education in Shanghai Normal University in the past five years and put forward the development countermeasures,no matter for the improvement of the current situation of the graduates,the improvement of cultivation of the Shanghai Normal University,or for the reference of other sports colleges and university.By using the methods of literature,questionnaire,interview and mathematical statistics,this paper makes an investigation on the current situation of vocational master's degree graduates of physical education teachers in the past five years in Shanghai normal university from five aspects of basic personal information,work status,family status,work and family conflict status,and views of training institutions.On the basis of mastering the first-hand data,this paper analyzes the influencing factors and development countermeasures are put forward.The final conclusion is as follows:1.About 80% of the respondents are teachers on the enrollment list,mainly with primary professional titles;about 70% respondents work in Shanghai,and more than half in suburban and rural schools,mainly in primary and secondary schools;about 80% respondents are satisfied with their current work,and their majors in graduate schools match their work;about 70% respondents think job stress mainly comes from promotion of professional title,teaching task and scientific research;in addition to teaching,responsible for the training team is more,about 40% need to serve as the head teacher and its assistant work;about 20% of respondents often use modern teaching equipment in PE teaching,and students,teaching and learning methods are mainly considered in lesson preparation;about 30% of the teaching ability needs to be strengthened,and the teaching awards are less and mainly at the school and district(county)level.2.The number of respondents who published papers,presided over projects and won awards for scientific research was small,and the majority of them were general journals,university-level and district-level projects and awards.The main factors affecting their scientific research were limited information,heavy teaching tasks and insufficient ability,and only about 30% of them obtained teaching and research achievements.The training or further study is mainly conducted on weekdays and weekends,and the frequency is mainly once a month.The training content is mainly teaching skills,academic research and judgment.3.Nearly half of the respondents are married,about 20% respondents have children,and about 70% respondents have parents to take care of their children.Half of the respondents have a monthly income of 5,000-8,000 yuan,nearly half rent a house,only about 30% of the mortgage or rent expenditure is less,about 50% of the monthly child care and education expenditure is less,about 60% of the monthly total expenditure accounts for more than 40% of the income,more than 60% of the economic pressure is greater.The mean of work-family conflict is higher than that of home-work conflict.There are differences among demographic variables,work field variables and family field variables,among which the work-family conflict is greater in the weekly working hours of more than 60 hours,and the family-work conflict is greater in the families with children,with significant differences.4.Most of the respondents are satisfied with their tutors.They think that their lack of initiative and busy tutors are the main factors that affect the communication between teachers and students.About 80% of them keep in touch with their tutors after graduation.During the period of postgraduate study,academic exchange activities are mainly academic conferences and lectures.The curriculum is mainly lack of practical and technical courses.The venue and facilities should increase the use time of students in our school,more than 70% hope to provide more employment information.5.The factors affecting the status quo of the recent 5th Masters of Physical Education Teachers in Shanghai Normal University mainly include the person unit factor(working environment and atmosphere,etc.),the school factor(curriculum setting during the graduate study,etc.),family factor(family affairs,etc.)Factors(teaching ability,etc.),social environment factors(regional differences,etc.).
