The new curriculum standard of the People’s Republic of China ministry of education "ordinary high school art curriculum standard(experiment)", the curriculum of basic idea and rules to conform, fundamental and selectivity, as well as meet the demand of the development of the new requirements, which clearly shows that the average high school fine arts curriculum to adapt to the requirement of times development, adding an modern design of art discipline development achievements, the modern media art about the content of the new media is put forward.Curriculum design content in order to satisfy the inheritance of national culture reflects the latest development, set up the modern science and technology and art of combining the content of the "new media art" series.These new media content were put forward and set up the curriculum reform in our country to further improve, broke the traditional teaching mode and effective class mode, make the high school curriculum to help students comprehensively and personality development, laid the foundation for students’ learning development.Curriculum implementation is important sign to the success of the curriculum reform.Course is not equal to the realization of the curriculum design, even if plans to perfect the implementation of the process is not naturally achieve expected results.According to domestic and foreign relevant research data, this study drawing on and assimilating new education teaching idea and teaching of the new results, using methods such as questionnaire investigation, interview, classroom observation, new media art curriculum implementation with chengdu as sample, in order to make the implementation of the new media art courses, this study for students, teachers and so on carries on the investigation and study, investigation of actual classroom at the same time, also tried to find out the influencing factors of new media art curriculum implementation and the interaction between various factors affecting, and investigation of the current situation of the implementation of the new media art course, will be the effective implementation of the new curriculum reform as well as the ordinary high school curriculum implementation of the new media art course put forward their own opinions or Suggestions.In this paper through the survey found, the impact of new media curriculum implementation factors can form a complicated network.Although the progress of the new media teaching in ordinary high school has made certain achievements, but there are many problems.Such as: new media art curriculum implementation progress tends to be slow, the lack of new media art curriculum resources, improving to the new media professional development for teachers, new media art teaching implementation of the unbalanced development, regional conditions are different, through the cause analysis, in view of the disadvantage factors, from the external support, school principals and teachers put forward the corresponding strategy and so on different angles, in order to further promote art new media art in high school course strategy effective implementation.This study through to the high school fine arts teaching of new media present situation investigation and study, can make us to the new curriculum under the background of high school have a deeper understanding of the new media art class teaching, provide the basis for further deepening the reform of high school art curriculum, and help us to understand the new course of new media art in new media art teaching the cause of the success or failure of implementation and the influencing factors, and thus the high school fine arts teaching curriculum implementation strategies of new media in a timely manner to make correction and adjustment, the new media teaching in senior high school of fine arts in perfect.
