The rule of law is an important component of the strategy of rule of law; the National People’s Congress in 1999 through the "constitutional amendment" even more clearly put forward the "ruling the country by law, the basic principles of building a socialist country ruled by law". The mark is worn our country from the "rule of law" to "rule of law" of change, building a socialist country ruled by law, the implementation of administering education according to law, is the direction of our efforts. Student management is the most important aspect of school running. How to better carry out the work of student management, The rule of law, and promote the harmonious development of students, school and achieve a win-win situation, is worth to discuss and research topics. The development of the times change rapidly, the student’s ideology and the students of the school management should also be changed, research and conclusion in the past may not be suitable for the present situation requirement, student management work must keep pace with the times, seek truth from facts to promote the better development. In order to fully understand the present management situation of Medium occupation schools students, this study selected real investigation with questionnaire of Medium occupation schools students. To discuss the problems now in secondary vocational school student management from the two aspects of the actual situation of students’ management work of students’ consciousness of rights and the school. The findings were confirmed, with the development of society, students’ right consciousness is growing with each passing day, the school management also have certain improvement. But the students understanding of the rights and obligations is not comprehensive, as to why these rights, need toperform the obligations are not very clear; While the secondary vocational schools also exist some problems of management and implementation, such as food quality and service level needs to further strengthen etc.. No investigation, no right to speak, through this investigation, this research according to the problems existing nowin secondary vocational school student management and puts forward the relevant suggestions, hoping to protect can promote the legitimate rights and interests of Chinese in secondary vocational school development and students, to provide effective reference for our country and promote the Vocational school students management work.
