Student management is the most important aspect of school running. To discuss the problems now in secondary vocational school student management from the two aspects of the actual situation of students’ management work of students’ consciousness of rights and the school. The findings were confirmed, with the development of society, students’ right consciousness is growing with each passing day, the school management also have certain improvement. But the students understanding of the rights and obligations is not comprehensive, as to why these rights, need toperform the obligations are not very clear; While the secondary vocational schools also exist some problems of management and implementation, such as food quality and service level needs to further strengthen etc.. No investigation, no right to speak, through this investigation, this research according to the problems existing nowin secondary vocational school student management and puts forward the relevant suggestions, hoping to protect can promote the legitimate rights and interests of Chinese in secondary vocational school development and students, to provide effective reference for our country and promote the Vocational school students management work.
