Job satisfaction is the degree of satisfaction of the job practitioners. It has a crucial influence on the working performance, the physical and mental health of the practitioners as well as their other working behaviors such as absenteeism and resignation, etc. Teachers’ job satisfaction refers to a general, emotional feelings and views of the occupation and working conditions. Primary school teachers job satisfaction refers to the primary school teachers in the teaching work which is having more good emotional state, but also refers to the work among primary school teachers in the feelings and emotional experience. Its main dimensions including school management, work environment, interpersonal, work tasks, their development prospects, salary compensation and job satisfaction for individual respondents overall assessment. Teachers’ job satisfaction for the work attitude of teachers and education activities have a direct impact, and even restrict conduct and mental health development of teachers teaching activities.The teachers’ job satisfaction level not only affects the job morale and quality of work, but also influences the development of their students, which in turn affects the improvement of the education standard. The study of teachers’ job satisfaction is an important content of the research on teacher education management and it plays a very important practical role in the research and discussion of the teachers’ job satisfaction.This study uses "hierarchy of needs theory", "two factor theory", "gap theory" and "teacher professional development theory" as the theoretical basis and adopts the questionnaire survey method, the interview method as well as primary school investigation method. The survey from Shijiazhuang Yuhua District, Chang’an District, west of the area, Xinhua District sample of 200 primary school teachers conducted a questionnaire issued, respectively, including a provincial demonstration primary school, municipal demonstration primary school and district level model primary schools, ordinary primary schools and private primary schools. Questionnaires were distributed and 200 were sent out 193 questionnaires, after screening and sorting, excluding invalid questionnaires eight, 185 valid questionnaires were obtained, the ratio reached 92.50 percent of valid questionnaires. Data using SPSS 17.0 was subjected to statistical analysis. In addition, the survey also conducted interviews with 10 teachers, job interview subjects were taught in elementary school teachers in their daily life and work through all of you teachers appreciate that gender, age, seniority, job and marital status and other factors screened a representative of 10 interviewees, the principle of voluntary-face, one on one interviews.Based on the summary analysis of survey results, it is found that currently the level of job satisfication of primary school teachers in Shijiazhuang city is undesirable and the teachers neither feel very satisfied nor unsatisfied with their jobs.According to the survey as well as the various data, this paper analyses the main problems affecting elementary school teachers’ job satisfaction.Found to affect the wages and benefits of primary school teachers’ job satisfaction largest and most urgently need to be solved. In addition, job classification, contract preparation, the division of responsibilities, assessment mechanisms, assignments, school management and teachers’ and so also there are some problems. To solve the above problems, this paper and from three aspects including the society, the schools, and teacher themselves, and puts forward some suggestions and solutions.
