| The high turnover rate of kindergarten teachers is a major problem in the construction of kindergarten teachers.Persistent kindergarten teachers(hereinafter referred to as persistent kindergarten teachers)are the mainstay of kindergarten teachers and play a decisive role in the stability of kindergarten teachers.As one of the important influencing factors of teachers’ professional development,career satisfaction plays a vital role in preschool teachers’ long-term adherence to preschool education posts and growth into persistent preschool teachers.This study mainly adopts the methods of questionnaire and interview to investigate the current situation and influencing factors of career satisfaction of persistent preschool teachers from the perspective of quantitative and qualitative research,mainly including the following five parts:In the first part is literature review.Systematically sort out the definition,relevant theories,measurement tools,influencing factors and main functions of the concept of professional satisfaction and persistent preschool teachers.In the second part is the research design.Put forward the research purpose and significance,systematically explain the research content,research ideas and specific sample selection,and introduce the research methods and research tools.The third part is an analysis of the current situation of professional satisfaction of persistent preschool teachers.Using the professional satisfaction questionnaire of kindergarten teachers with good reliability and validity,this paper investigates the current situation and characteristics of persistent kindergarten teachers in the dimensions of professional satisfaction,job satisfaction and professional identity.The results show that:(1)the total score of professional satisfaction of persistent preschool teachers is higher than the medium level,in which job satisfaction is slightly higher than the medium level and professional identity is at a high level;(2)Compared with11-20-year-old persistent preschool teachers,5-10-year-old persistent preschool teachers have significantly higher satisfaction with the working environment than the former,but there is no significant difference in the total score of professional satisfaction,other aspects of job satisfaction and professional identity;(3)In the total score of professional satisfaction,job satisfaction and professional identity,the scores of active persistence preschool teachers are significantly higher than those of passive persistence preschool teachers,but there is no significant difference in professional identity;(4)Compared with non on-the-job persistent preschool teachers,on-the-job persistent preschool teachers have significantly lower total score of career satisfaction and job satisfaction,which is reflected in their more dissatisfaction with work pressure,working environment,salary and development space,but there is no significant difference in career identity between them;(5)No matter whether there are children or not,there is no significant difference in the total score of career satisfaction and its two sub dimensions.The fourth part is the influencing factors of career satisfaction of persistent preschool teachers.Based on ecosystem theory,this paper investigates the main influencing factors of career satisfaction from the internal system,micro system,medium system and external system of persistent preschool teachers.The results showed that in the internal system,the main internal factors of persistent preschool teachers were love for children,role identity,professional belief and work attitude;The quality of the interaction between teachers and students is mainly reflected in the quality of the interaction between teachers and students at the lower level and the interaction between peers;In the system,work atmosphere,development space and family influence have a great impact on the career satisfaction of persistent preschool teachers;In the external system,social factors such as public opinion and social status play an important role in the professional satisfaction of persistent preschool teachers.In the fifth part is the promotion strategy of professional satisfaction of persistent preschool teachers.This paper comprehensively discusses and analyzes the current situation and influencing factors of professional satisfaction of persistent preschool teachers,and further puts forward the promotion strategies of professional satisfaction of persistent preschool teachers: firstly,we should activate the working atmosphere of preschool teachers and encourage preschool teachers to actively stick to it;secondly,correctly guide public opinion and highlight the professional value of preschool teachers;thirdly,increase the training opportunities for preschool teachers and improve the development space for preschool teachers;fourthly,reasonably arrange work tasks and reduce the work burden of preschool teachers;fifthly,improve the salary of preschool teachers and safeguard their professional dignity. |
