| With the deepening of the teaching reform of higher vocational education and the rise of the art design studio teaching mode in higher vocational colleges, school roll management work of higher vocational colleges face unprecedented challenges. Traditional student status management work has been unable to adapt to the new teaching model, it’s very necessary to reform the current student status management. Therefore, we can make student status management develop smoothly, improve teaching management level in higher vocational colleges, and provide reference on the student status management reform for higher vocational colleges and universities.This research mainly adopts questionnaire survey and the interview method. At first, according to the questionnaire survey of students and related teachers in Shanghai Art & Design Academy, we know about the main existing problems and deficiencies in the current college student status management work; then according to interviews of the college student status management leaders and staff, we have a thorough understanding of the current college student status management ideas and system, operation mechanism and working methods. In addition, this study also used the Literature Survey to summarize and analyze student status management work and the studio teaching mode at home and abroad.This research mainly includes five chapters:The first chapter, introduction:first of all, this chapter discusses the research background and significance of the reform in the school roll management from the perspective of the deepening of the higher vocational education reform, the rise of studio teaching model, and the need of perfecting and optimizing the college student status management. Secondly, this chapter summarizes the literature and research the student status management and studio teaching from two latitudes. Finally, combining with the relevant theoretical basis for student status management, this chapter puts forward the research framework and methods of this study.The second chapter, by doing research into the characteristics and present situation of art design professional teaching in higher vocational college and the connotation of the studio teaching mode, summarizes the application of the studio teaching art design professional teaching in higher vocational college, finally sum up operation mode and the superiority of the art and design professional studio teaching mode, highlights the important role of studio teaching mode under the teaching of art design major.The third chapter, by analyzing the application of the studio teaching in art and design professional teaching from the previous chapter and combining of the research about school roll management of Shanghai Art & Design Academy, summarizes the necessity and feasibility of the college’s student status management reform in SADA.The fourth chapter, from the characteristics such as principle and policy of the student status management work itself, sums up five main principles of the student status management under studio teaching mode reform. According to the importance of student status management work, base on the protecting of student’s rights and keep the fair of education, combine with the real content of student status management work, which construct the nine basic thoughts on student status management reform under studio teaching mode.The fifth chapter, according to the main principles and the basic thoughts of the reform under studio teaching mode, combining with the deficiencies of the student status management in Shanghai Art & Design Academy, puts forward the reform program of the college student status management, which mainly includes five aspects, such as organization, system construction, process management, information construction, management team construction. This article summed up the new measures for the management of student status under the studio teaching mode according to the analysis of the above five aspects. |
