| Student management is an important task of higher vocational colleges, nowadays the student management in higher vocational colleges are built on the basis of college and department two level organization, its dominant mode is a kind of administrative model, student management organization system obviously show the characteristics of the bureaucracy system. Although the current mode of students management has the advantages of clear hierarchy-. division of responsibilities, efficient operation, but this model ignored the principal role of human. In the current mode of student management, the counselor and the the class adviser are mainly exist as tools, students are regarded as the management object, in the bureaucracy system of the student management, it’s difficult for personal character and will power to make a difference. At the present, the students pursue self-fulfillment, hope to develop their personality; but the current student management mode pay more attention to the unified requirement, hope the student uniform, use regulation as the main means of management; which often prone to conflict.As a type of higher education, Higher vocational colleges undertake the task of Khalid ents, one hand they need to train students’professional skills,on the other hand they need to create a kind of relatively loose environment outside the classroom and provide diversified services to meet the need of students’ development.In this paper, we try to draw lessons from western residential colleges and academy system in domestic colleges and universities, on the basis of academy experience, we use the student apartment as a platform, and introduce the new public management,public service and public governance in the field of public management, explore a kind of student management mode based on the academy system in higher vocational colleges. I hope through this model, we can create a more suitable space environment for students’development. |
