A Study On Student Association Management In Higher Vocational Colleges

In recent years,China's higher vocational education has developed rapidly.As an important carrier of cultivating students' interests and hobbies,training students' professional skills and improving students' comprehensive quality,student associations play an important role in cultivating skilled personnel and promoting the sound development of higher vocational education.Under the background of the country vigorously promoting quality education,how to further integrate the teaching resources and hardware facilities of higher vocational colleges,improve the management mechanism of student associations,and guide the sustainable and healthy development of student associations has become the focus of this study.In Tangshan industrial vocational and technical college as the research object,on which the relevant concepts involved,and elaborates the basic theory on the basis of analysis,through the form of questionnaire and interview,with the state of the Tangshan industrial vocational and technical college community management are studied,and found that the current problems of the school in the community management,carried on the thorough analysis on the cause of the problem,on the basis of the policy of the principle of community management,perfect the corporate management mechanism,enrich the community management form,build the assessment of corporate management,the countermeasures.Through the research of this paper,it provides some reference and reference for the community management of higher vocational colleges in our country,including Tangshan industrial vocational and technical college,and promotes the improvement of the community management level of higher vocational colleges in our country.
