With the implementation of the family planning policy, the improvement of the medical conditions and large amount outflow of rural middle-aged labor of Minqin county, it increase the degree of an population aging. Poor old-age care institutions infrastructure, underdeveloped social economic level, and not pension scheme in place, the aging problems increases in this case. So it is very important to study on the spatial disparity of population aging in Minqin oasis. Therefore, we can recognize population aging trend and formulate reasonable population strategy which suited to the characteristics of the Minqin county.In the background of more and more serious of population aging, the paper analyze the research status at home and abroad about an population aging. In microscopic view, it can choose the Minqin oasis rural community as the research area to study on the spatial disparity of population aging. Firstly, from the perspective of time, the paper analyze the ageing characteristics of Minqin county over the year since. The results show that 65 years old and older population growth speed up year by year and population aging trend intensifies. At the same time, with the rising trend of over the age of 70 elderly population proportion in the high group year by year, the aging situation turns grim.Between65-90 age group of the elderly populations still largely comprised of the elderly men, and the women have the change in longevity in the elderly over the age of 90 older group. In addition, with the household size of Minqin county reduced year by year, "small" and "empty nest" families trend began to highlight. The aging of the population of seasonal characteristic is obvious significantly. Besides, due to the special geographical location and environment, proportion of the elderly population in Minqin county was significantly affected by migration effect. Lastly, according to the size of the elderly population, it presents the characteristics of the three spheres of mountains, namely, lakes, springs, dams. On the basis of this, Analyzing the actuality of Minqin county endowment institutions, it can understand the social endowment service system for the construction of the county.Then from the angle of space, it can research the rural community population aging. It describes the space characteristics of rural community elderly population from the proportion of elderly people, the elderly household scale, cultural level in the elderly, the elderly law consciousness, the rural community endowment service agencies, health service agencies, reliance on land in the elderly, the elderly life satisfaction, the elderly burial space differentiation characteristics in nine aspects, The results show that from the lake, spring mountain to dam, rural community of elderly population is more and more small, the elderly household scale is more and more big, the cultural level is higher and higher in the elderly, the elderly legal consciousness is more and more high, more and more dependent on land in the elderly is low, the elderly burial land is more and more nervous. Furthermore, the satisfaction of the elderly in the lake district is highest though geographical location and living environment at a disadvantage. For pension service quantity, dams are dominant, lake minimum amount, for health service quantity, lakes have obvious advantages, but there is still an old man medical care and other issues. According to the space layers of features, it can not only analyze the content of the elderly living environment and spiritual needs more detailed, but also form comprehensive understanding of the specific local population aging by selecting ZhongTao village in dams, HePing village in springs, WaiXi and YuSheng village in lakes as a typical rural community.Using gray correlation analysis method to study the factors affecting the characteristics of the elderly population spheres of Minqin oasis rural community. The results show that the largest influencing factor is migration. The second is government policy system factors. The factors that affect the population own development degree is the weakest. At last, with the help of the existing rural aging policy, it puts forward to the following suggestions in response to the local population aging. These suggestions are, the change of three old ideas; intensify efforts to investment, perfect the endowment institutions; speed up the perfect rural aging policy; advocates his dedication, encourage and guide social forces to participate in pension services business and industry; develop the "silver economy".
