After the 2008 international financial crisis, our country economy significantly reduced external demand, downward pressure on economic growth, enterprise production and management difficulties, some enterprises appear the phenomenon such as layoffs and pay cuts, DaiGang, of a long vacation, town unemployment personnel increase, a large number of migrant workers in the enterprise to find jobs and returned to the countryside, wage arrears owed bao is also increased. Financial crisis not only makes the management of many enterprises in China are in trouble, also began to highlight the issue of labor relations and concentrated, originally is in labor disputes and the period of labor relations is undoubtedly worse in our country, the construction of socialist harmonious society, especially the development of harmonious labor relations face huge challenges. Because once the labor conflicts intensified, not only can cause great damage in productivity, and is likely to threaten social stability. While the labor relations contradiction easing help enterprise operation and management effectively, but also have played an important role in promoting economic development and social stability.In this paper, the research is divided into seven parts. The first part is introduction, introduced the background and significance of this research, analyzed the research status at home and abroad. The second part is the theoretical basis, to define the concept, and expounds the marxist classical writer’s theory of labor relations and labor relations in the modern enterprise management theory. The third part is the financial crisis era in our country the basic present situation and development trend of the labor relations. The fourth part of the financial crisis era in the construction of the harmonious labor relations in the guangzhou general situation and the existing problems and reasons in the objective analysis. The fifth part introduces the western experiences and Revelations of the adjustment of labor relations. The sixth is divided into the financial crisis era guangzhou adjustment and the countermeasures and Suggestions of building a harmonious labor relations, from the government, enterprises and workers three aspects are discussed in this paper. The seventh part is the conclusion, the study of this paper is summarized and prospected.
