Information age comes,so the development of education using information now has become a way to improve our course of education, and more and more ways of learning is changing our education methods. With the rapid development of modern teaching technology, the teaching video becomes an important carrier of spreading knowledge, and ‘the micro course’, as a new type of teaching video which is born for its because of its short wave characteristics in MOOC arises at the historic moment under the background of development, however, MOOC also has its own structure and the content of novel and reasonable design pattern, making this research focus on the development present situation, the connotation and characteristics. By doing this research, we can find a way to change the teaching way and to improve the quality of secondary vocational education. Then, this change will directly influence the way of training skilled talents in our country. Considering the needs of secondary vocational education teaching, using the MOOC concept in secondary vocational education can effectively promote the quality of secondary vocational students’ learning and education, and also can improve the students’ autonomous learning ability.This article mainly uses questionnaire method, literature method, interview method and observation research methods to research the micro course based on the MOOC theory. Instructional design is a systematic method to analyze the learners and teaching characteristics, the analysis to determine the teaching objective, the teaching content and task, the design of teaching strategy, the teaching activities, the learning idea, teaching evaluation and the process of learning evaluation. The purpose of using the MOOC theory is to set up a systematic instructional design and practice to provide some design templates for secondary vocational students, at the same time the idea can offer teachers of computer specialty courses to get new teaching design ideas and improve students’ autonomous learning ability and learning interest, then promote the teaching effectiveness of secondary vocational school. This paper mainly divided into three parts: theoretical illustration, teaching practice and teaching empirical study.
