The development of quality education and the cultivation of comprehensive talent has been an important direction of education in our country. Nowadays comprehensively deepen education reform, is on the basis of quality education, aiming at cultivating innovative talents, as the general secretary of Xi jin ping stressed: when to participate in national science day "to vigorously carry forward the spirit of innovation in the whole society, and improve the ability to innovate, to adhere to the road of independent innovation with Chinese characteristics, laying a solid mass foundation to build an innovation-oriented country." Carry forward the basic way of innovation spirit and innovation ability is the education of all types and at all levels, the key is to cultivate innovative teachers.History, as a product of human innovation and creation, witnesses and records of human development, people need better inheritance and development.Therefore, innovation cannot leave the history as the root.History education depends on teachers’ efforts, based on the history about the cultivation of innovative talents, you first need to the development of innovative teachers.In this paper, based on the cultivation of the innovative teachers of history, to find the problems and disadvantages of middle school history teachers in innovation, lead to the importance of history innovative teachers, so as to further explore history the cultivation of the innovative teachers.Middle school history teaching on the cultivation of innovative teachers, mainly is to improve the quality of the teachers, including the knowledge structure, research ability, innovation consciousness, and combining the existing middle school teachers’ status, targeted to take effective measures to improve the training efficiency and quality, in order to drive the development of teaching reform to create the new students.
