Research purpose:Eating Disorder is the most important part of the Female Athlete Traid. Eating disorders will be affect menstrual cycle, and the occurrence of osteoporosis. The college students of 18 to 25 years in the peak bone mass accumulation period, is also the life in the completion of peak bone mass accumulation period, if during this period can’t accumulate enough bone mass, is likely to later buried safe hidden trouble for bone health. The purpose of this study was by Bio Density training to improve the eating disorder female college students at risk of bone mineral density.Research method:48 selected female college students, of which 24 college students often engaged in sports art training, another 24 college students have not sports training experience.12 exercising students and 12 no training studengts carried out 5 monthes of bio density training; another 24 as a control group. Bio density training group performed one time a week for 5 monthes of bio density training, control group without intervention.Research result:1.5 months later, sports professional in contrast, professional sports group the advantage of lateral forearm bone mineral density increases by 0.471±0.068 to 0.472±0.067, significant difference; Calcaneal bone mineral density was no significant difference before experiment. Professional sports in the control group the advantage the lateral forearm and calcaneal bone mineral density and there was no significant difference before experiment2. The non-sports professional in contrast, the experimental group the advantage of lateral forearm bone mineral density increases by 0.414±0.038 to 0.419±0.040, a very significant difference;Calcaneal bone mineral density increases 0.520±0.065 to 0.527±0.066, significant difference. Non-professional sports controls the dominant side forearm bone mineral density decreased to 0.411±0.039 to 0.408±0.041, significant difference;Calcaneal bone mineral density decreased to 0.475±0.057 to 0.473±0.059, significant difference.Research conclusion:5 monthes bio density training for female college students can make the disadvantage side arm and calcaneus bone density increased or maintained...
