In this paper, the effectiveness of teaching, the teaching idea of new curriculum, students towards sports classroom attitude,teaching evaluation, analysis of Changde city in 7 sports classroom practice of 1+4 teaching mode option effect of teachers towards the new curriculum attitude etc., so that the 1+4 option for teaching mode to achieve:the ideal state of balance, improve the quality of teaching.
