"Sports is strong,country is strong." Compulsory education is about the healthy growth of hundreds of millions of young people,and it is about the future development of the country and the nation.The Opinions of the State Council on Deepening the Reform of Education and Teaching and Comprehensively Improving the Quality of Compulsory Education states that we must adhere to the "five educations" and develop comprehensive quality education;deepen reform in key areas and create conditions for improving the quality of education.With reference to the National Standards for Physical Health,Shenyang City,Liaoning Province conducted physical fitness assessments for primary and secondary school students in the city,and the results showed that students' physical fitness at the compulsory education stage was quite different.In addition to the effects of diet and psychology,the school's understanding of physical education is also not deep enough,resulting in a serious lack of existing primary physical education.Therefore,in the context of physical education reform,how to bring into play the important role of teacher education,how to effectively innovate teaching concepts,and effectively improve the effect of physical education in the classroom,and lay a solid foundation for the physical and mental health of primary school students,has become an urgent need to be resolved.important topic.This study takes the reform of interest-based sports option teaching at Qishan No.1 School in Shenyang as the research object,and adopts literature data method,questionnaire survey method,interview method,empirical research method and case analysis method,and mathematical statistics method.Inquiry into the teaching reform of "Interested Option Course".Starting from the era background of curriculum reform,combining the current situation of relevant research at home and abroad,this article reviews the empirical analysis of the reform of the sports interestbased elective course carried out in the fifth grade of Qishan No.1 School.Comprehensively use empirical methods and case analysis to conduct in-depth research on the situation before and after the physical education reform in primary schools and the detailed process,carry out a detailed analysis of its implementation effects and influencing factors,and put forward effective improvement suggestions for the influencing factors.Through research,the following conclusions are reached:1.Through teaching reforms,such as teaching content,teaching methods,and teaching evaluation,it proves that Qishan No.1 School of Shenyang's interest-based sports option teaching reform is conducive to promoting the development of students 'physical and mental health,and can increase students' interest in sports learning.2.The interest-based elective course has a significant effect on the cultivation of students 'sports and sports interest,which is very helpful to improve the students' sports interest,selflearning ability and ability to participate in sports.3.Conducive to enhancing students' special skills.After the teaching of interest-based elective courses,students' performance in sports is better.In terms of special skills,they have basically reached the preset stage of the experiment.In tennis,football,basketball,and cheerleading,it not only allows students to Special skills have been improved,and students' enthusiasm for physical education has been greatly improved.It is suggested that we can continue to deepen the reform of interest teaching and give full play to the role of education and teaching reform.
