| The advent of the era of economic globalization and knowledge economic provides good opportunities for entrepreneurs. And entrepreneurship has been an essential part of economy in today’s world. Self-employed has been an important way of students’ employment in Germany. The entrepreneurial intention of German youth is higher. The study of entrepreneurial intention started relatively late in China. The entrepreneurship education and its support system are imperfect, and students’ entrepreneurship is still faced with many problems. Because of the particularity of professional resources and personnel training, the students in business schools often become the most active business practitioners. As a breakthrough point, it is necessary to do a comparative study on entrepreneurial intention and its influencing factors of Chinese and German students in business schools.Then we can give suggestions for improvement of the college students’ entrepreneurship in China drawing on the successful experience of Germany.Based on the issues mentioned above and actual needs, the objects of this paper are the business school students of Xi’an Polytechnic University(XPU) and Reutlingen University(RU). This paper builds a conceptual model for influencing factors of College students’ entrepreneurial intention in combination with the present situation of China-Germany college students’ entrepreneurship, and puts forward the corresponding assumptions through the summary and analysis of relevant theories.The author makes a survey for the business school students through e-mail and interview in XPU and RU, collecting 384 valid sample data. The SPSS 17.0 is used to verify the conceptual model, compare and analysis the similarities and differences between students’ entrepreneurial intention and its influencing factors.The innovation and conclusion of our study mainly include:(1) This paper builds a comprehensive conceptual model for influencing factors of college students’ entrepreneurial intention(including personal experience, personality traits,entrepreneurial attitude, entrepreneurial environment and entrepreneurial education five aspects) from the perspective of comparative study, and makes an empirical comparison analyses on entrepreneurial intention and its influencing factors of the two business schoolstudents. It broadens the research perspective of entrepreneurial intention.(2)The results proved that there are differences in students’ entrepreneurial intention and ideal type enterprise between the two universities. And country has a significant influence on college students’ entrepreneurial intention and its influencing factors.(3)It concludes that personal experience and entrepreneurial attitude have a significant effect on entrepreneurial intention, as well as personal experience, personality traits have remarkable effect on attitude. And there are differences in the influence of entrepreneurship education and environment, the family factors and the practice education have effect on entrepreneurial intention in German sample. It’s significant to give suggestions on the development of Chinese students’ entrepreneurship education and entrepreneurial promote system on the basis of this conclusion. |
