Since the 1990s, special attention to teaching students, the differences between the differences in development is a basic requirement of the curriculum reform. With the continuous deepening of the reform of sports, difference teaching also got further development. Compulsory education "sports and health curriculum standard" (2011 edition) explicitly pointed out that, in teaching implementation suggestion "should pay great attention to individual differences between students, treat in physical education and health teaching, according to their aptitude, special attention to the students, the poor sports foundation targeted adopt corresponding teaching methods, improve their self-esteem and confidence, promote the development of each student better. " The differences between teaching for middle school physical education, to provide opportunity. However, the present middle school sports class still exist in the traditional education mode, unified the teaching evaluation of teaching effect is not ideal. In order to change this situation, there are differences between the middle school sports class teaching should implement the teaching form and the teaching content of flexible and diverse teaching evaluation, in order to meet the learning needs of different students, provide a broader space for the development of students’ differences. However, how to correctly understand the connotation and significance of the differences in teaching? How to understand the teaching of middle school physical education teachers to differences in confusion? What kind of differences in physical education class teaching in middle school teaching strategy to meet the student’s difference development, how to implement these strategies in classroom teaching in middle school, these problems has been plagued by the vast number of middle school PE teachers. This study was based on the meaning of these questions to the differences in teaching, confusion and countermeasure has carried on the preliminary research and analysis.This article through the literature material, expert interview, logic analysis and other research methods, research and analysis on current difference middle school physical education teaching. This paper from the following four parts to study with this:The first part is the introduction part, simple is the research background of this paper and integrated predecessors for differences in teaching and research, and then puts forward my research purpose and meaning. The second and third part is the overview about the differences between teaching, analysis of the differences in teaching concepts, theoretical basis, characteristics and significance. The fourth part is this article key to analysis the difference teaching from two aspects:macro aspects namely, the confusion of his ideal and reality, between the individual and the whole of the contradiction, recognition and questioned the plight of the three aspects and the micro aspects of the current middle school physical education in the process of implementing the confusion (grouping teaching how to downplay level consciousness, the layered teaching how to balance the "difference" psychology, teaching how to promote the all-round development of students, teaching students how to focus on the overall level of individual), further clarify the importance of the difference of teaching for physical education teachers. The fourth part is elaborated factors restricting the difference middle school physical education teaching includes which aspects, such as curriculum resources, teaching environment, teachers and students, etc. The fifth part is about the difference middle school physical education teaching strategy of route choice, namely:abundant curriculum resources, strengthen the teacher training, focus on students’ differences, optimizing teaching environment, the innovation teaching form and teaching idea.Through the present situation of middle school physical education teaching analysis, combined with differences in teaching theory, difference teaching strategies are put forward, finally summarizes and reconsiders, the concrete operation methods and strategies for the majority of middle school physical education teaching, to achieve each of the students have been successful.
