In recent years,with the great development of the whole economy and society,as local party committee,government and the administrative department for basic education for rural PE teachers’ living conditions on the overall rise,has greatly improved the overall financial situation of rural sports teachers.But under the influence of local economic development level and regional differences,and school sports values and school sports policy reasons such as “imbalances”,PE teachers’ financial situation is still not optimistic.PE teachers in rural areas not directly related to the survival of the state ’s own quality of life,but also to the overall level of stability and development of rural sports school sports teachers.Thus,focus on rural financial situation of PE teachers in middle schools has gradually become the government, society and schools and must pay attention to the reality of the problem that not allow to ignore.This article mainly adopts questionnaire and depth interview,respectively from the PE teachers’ income and consumer spending has two aspects investigation of PE teachers in rural schools a glimmer of real state of the economy,attempts to “dot” with “face”and show the overall features of the economy and reality.The results of the survey show that:rural middle school physical education teachers in recent years the economy has improved significantly,but compared with other major teachers group,compared with the urban middle school physical education teachers group,compared with other professional groups such as local civil servants,the rural middle school physical education teachers have to wage income level and its benefits are low,the financial situation in the overall situation is not optimistic.Economy of rural middle school PE teachers’ satisfaction still is at a level below average.Economy of rural middle school PE teachers is the important of rural middle school physical education teachers of social and economic status,school sports development and reform of basic education stage.Economic situation is not optimistic rural middle school physical education teachers is the government,society,school,personal etc,the result of joint action of many factors.The main influence factors:rural economic development level,rural basic education investment policy,the current salary system of teachers in rural,the rural school physical education teachers’ job performance and rewards and punishment system and the rural middle school sports teachers’ factors etc.Based on the reality of the rural economy of middle school PE teachers description and interpretation theory of social support,put forward to improve the state of the economy of rural middle school PE teachers of social support system.The main countermeasures proposed are:strictly carry out the policies of the relevant laws and regulations,PE teachers and improve the economic income level;eliminate social prejudice to the PE teachers’ profession,to ensure that PE wage distribution justice;formulate scientific and reasonable PE teachers pay system,improve sports teachers incentive mechanism; Physical education teachers should improve their comprehensive qualities and competence in order to promote the improvement of economic income.
