From the sustainable development of competitive sports, the adolescent athletes cultural education level of the sustainable development of competitive sports play a crucial role, from the man’s all-round development, compulsory education is the important link that not is allow to ignore..Cultural education of adolescent athletes has been praised by people from all walks of life attention, this article from the perspective of compulsory education, taking HUNAN province as an example, three of the adolescent athletes’ cultural education training mode were analyzed, and the affecting factors of adolescent athlete culture education mode in our country, and put forward the compulsory education stage, the reform idea of adolescent athlete culture education mode in our country, enrich the theoretical guidance of adolescent athletes’ cultural education, in order to solve the problem of the culture and education the adolescent athletes.This article USES the literature material, expert interview, questionnaire survey and other research methods, the young athletes in our country compulsory education phase of the cultural education mode analysis.Research shows that:(1) young athletes in our country main cultural education training mode of "three concentrations" mode, "training" mode and the traditional project school three, three modes of the cultivation of young athletes have their own advantages and disadvantages.(2) foreign culture relative to compulsory education of the youth education pattern is more prominent with the United States "school system", "club" of Germany and France "two-way cultivation", their common characteristic is the athletes’ cultural education by the education department management.(3) young athletes in our country compulsory education phase of the influence factors of culture and education mode of macro system factors: including the current block and the existing system of competitive sports athlete culture education policy form of heavy and light practice;Medium factors, including cultural education facilities lag behind, lack of collective learning atmosphere, cultural learning become a mere formality and coaches and related personnel’s importance is not enough, the coaches training, cultural ideas and practices, the serious influence to the consciousness and behavior of the athletes cultural learning;Micro factors are athletes self learning consciousness and attitude is not strong.Finally, this paper puts forward special immortal cultivation mode and the professional leagues schools to ordinary schools model idea, from the training concept, training system, training methods, curriculum and assessment way five aspects to elaborate on.Both these models have in common is to strengthen education, to adolescent athletes’ cultural education in compulsory education stage to management education department, sports department only responsible for the professional training of athletes, and will be the content into the department of education and sports departments of the inspection, to strengthen the supervision and management.
