The psychological education as an important part of the young athletes training isbecoming more and more attention from society, scholars.But at present there are stilllots of questions such as insufficient recognition of psychological education ofadolescent athletes, lacking of policy support,guiding the practice of adolescentathletes psychological education mode, etc. this study tries to build a perfect systemfor adolescent athletes and fully integrated into the "combination" cultivation systemof psychological education mode, so as to promote adolescent athletes all-roundquality education, to cultivate and bring up high quality modern competitive sportsreserve talented person to provide theoretical basis and practice research.In this study, major cities in Shandong sports teams of young athletes for thestudy of psychological status of implementation of the integrated use of site visits,interviews and questionnaires and other methods emerge from the analysis of thecurrent young athletes in our psychological education problems, we draw thefollowing conclusions:First, the implementation of sports training and academic education combinedwith major cities in Shandong Province sports schools better, competent leadershipschool for each sport psychology is also very concerned about young athletes, butthere is a single psychological forms of education, the contents scattered on thegrass young athletes less concerned about different issues such as unevendevelopment group entries. Major cities in Shandong Province Sports School in dailytraining and competition take a lot of African professionals in psychology educationpsychology while missing or outdated educational materials also limits thedevelopment of psychological education, in addition to the construction ofpsychological education teachers must respect the objective laws and specialenvironments.Second, through sports training center in Shandong Province reserve trainingbase for the primary stage, middle stage of young athletes preliminary results ofpsychological education and teaching practice mode feedback survey, verification "Combination" in the context of youth sports psychology, ShandongProvinceeducation model has higher practicality and maneuverability, better able inthe "Combination" in the background to guide the process of implementing adolescentmental education.Third, the "Combination" content in the context of adolescent athletes, ShandongProvince, psycho-educational model include: principles of constructing hierarchicalprinciples are combined with the specific principles, and other disciplines penetrationprinciples guiding principles, a number one principle; build The contents of trainingyoung athletes mental health education, psychological self-help capacity ofpsychological control during the race; implementation approach has the team teaching,and "Combination" of cultural studies combined, invite experts to carry outpsychological lectures, individual and group counseling, self-education, schooleducation and family psychological development cooperation; proposed"participatory" network teaching mode,"exploratory" history classroom educationmodel,"immersive" three innovative teaching model of psychological type teachingmode; outstanding youth mental educators The standard is a noble educators,scientists and efficient, broad psychologist; build key juvenile stage, the specialinfluence of coaches, athletes training to integrate into life.
