School-based programs are the school curriculum system indispensable part of the national curriculum, local courses together constitute the "three course management" structure. Based curriculum development in large part to compensate for the lack of the national curriculum, improves teachers’ curriculum consciousness and teaching and research level, gives full play to the school’s educational advantages and characteristics. To this end, the subject chose to biology-based curriculum development, "Gulin liquor culture" as a research object, the author of the Sichuan Gulin high school as a case to have been related to the development of school-based curriculum theory, combined with the author’s features practical teaching experience and high school biology disciplines, were high school biology-based curriculum development and implementation of practical inquiry.This research uses specific research methods literature, investigation, experimentation, etc. By combing the existing school-based curriculum-based curriculum development related to biological theory, the current status of school-based curriculum development and its problems, the lessons learned have been made to explore practical, clear the "Gulin liquor culture" significance and model development. Then this situational analysis from the course, the course objectives to determine curriculum content selection organization, learning organization experience selection, curriculum implementation, curriculum evaluation six aspects "Gulin liquor culture" biology-based curriculum specific practice; and pay attention to timely collect feedback, analysis, reflection, and to carry out further improvements implemented in the whole process. Finally reached complement national curriculum, highlighting local characteristics, provide a reference for other schools to develop biology-based curriculum purposes.The study has shown: only deal with national, local and school-based curriculum of relations in order to ensure the effective implementation of the national curriculum quality of teaching and school-based curriculum; to combine the teaching methods and curriculum evaluation the actual school situation, the establishment has its own distinctive pattern; pay attention to the dominant position of students, parents develop this high-quality resources, mobilize the enthusiasm of teachers developed.
