Since the reform and opening up, with the rapid development of China’s economy and accelerating urbanization, more and more farmers to choose the migrant, a large number of farmers into cities, resulting in the number of people staying in rural areas every year. Long-term urban-rural dual structure, resulting in children of migrant workers in the city to study encounter many difficulties and unfair treatment; migrant workers in the city itself is in a weak position, difficult living conditions, they attend to their children, can only choose to their children to stay at home by their parents or relatives and friends to take care of. Thus, with a strong Chinese characteristics of specific groups- "left-behind children" was born. In recent years, the number of this group is still rising year by year.A special group of children left behind in China’s urbanization process as a newborn, parents perennial migrant workers, resulting in lack of parenting, and the weakening of family education, whether it is in life, learning, or emotional, psychological, personality aspects are children left behind causing a negligible impact. Due to the guardian of energy, physical, ideas, etc., resulting in the emergence of left-behind children’s emotional and psychological problems can not be resolved in a timely manner and to divert. Coupled with the economic development in rural areas is relatively backward, lack of educational resources and social education environment is not ideal, and the lack of family education, resulting in the emergence of left-behind children in rural areas of life, social adjustment, and psychological problems are more and more, which they healthy growth in the future is extremely unfavorable.In this study, the author takes the case of a left-behind children in rural areas in Huaibei City, for example, try Strengths Perspective from the perspective of rural children left behind will be explored, through the Rural Children Huaibei case analysis of the problem, discuss the advantages under the Perspective of Social Work Intervention new model of rural children left behind research.Find and read by the author after the large number of documents found in previous studies on rural children left behind, the domestic scholars and experts are mostly used to analyze the problemcamera angle problems ofchildren left behind, the children left behind as a "problem child." that they are vulnerable, incompetent.
