Under the modern society in general, "high pressure" environment, students’ mental health problems are more prominent.With the new curriculum reform, all-round development of the student body and mind has become an inevitable requirement of school education, to the psychological health of students education puts forward urgent requirement. High school mental health curriculum as an important way of Mental Health Education has achieved some success, but there are still many problems.This paper applied the literature analysis, questionnaire and interviews and other research methods to understand the current implementation of the Changsha middle school mental health course,to try to discover the problem, find the reasons, make great efforts to explore the promotion of mental health curriculum development strategies and make some contribution to the development of high school mental health course from theory to practice.This paper is divided into five parts: The first chapter is an introduction, including basic research question, review relevant research summarize at home and abroad, relevant concept and theoretical basis of high school mental health courses. The second chapter is the middle school mental health education present situation and the importance of the curriculumimplementation. The third chapter is the study for middle school mental health education curriculum implementation problem,respectively from the commencement of the case of middle school mental health education curriculum, curriculum provision,teaching assessment and results, teachers, external environment that five aspects of the investigation; Through analysis of survey results, we found that the current high school psychology management problems exist in the health curriculum, curriculum issues, weak teachers, mental health teachers did not form together with a favorable external environment to support other issues. Causes analysis section is mainly from school, teacher factors, and external environmental factors. The fourth chapter is countermeasures, In response to these problems, Strengthen construction of school mental health education curriculum and strengthen the school mental health of teachers, Form the school,family and social education resultant force, Creating a favorable external measures environment for curriculum to implement smoothly. The fifth chapter is the conclusion part, Emphasized the importance of high school mental health education curriculum again and look forward to further study of high school mental health course implementation in China.
