At present, our country’s education career was standing at a new historical point and entering the key stage of reform and development. The development level of education and quality of talents cultivating is closely related to college teachers. However, as a lag of the education policy measures and the limitation of education funds investment, teachers’ access mechanism, incentive mechanism and competition mechanism is not perfect,so the team construction of teachers is an urgent need to further strengthen. Only in this way, the teacher’s enthusiasm, initiative and creativity could really get into full play.And the paper mainly regard teachers of science and engineering and humanities and social sciences as the research object. Through the form of questionnaire survey and using SPSS statistical analysis software, we hope we can know two type of teachers’ status quo of job stress and situation of job satisfaction,so that we can find out the cause of the stress, analyses the problems in job satisfaction and verify whether there is a relationship between job stress and job satisfaction and how the relationship is. Then do a comparison of similarities and differences between two types of teachers’ job stress and job satisfaction, finally we can respectively give some suggestion combining with China’s national conditions and the existing related research management,on which based different problems of two types of teachers.With a hope that it could reduce the university teachers’ work pressure, increase their job satisfaction.we hope it can also provide some reference opinions in the aspect of teachers’ team construction for the department of education and management in colleges universities in the later daily management.According to the results of data analysis, we draw the following conclusion: 1. Two types of teachers’ overall average working pressure and each dimension’s average pressure is higher, the overall of theirs job satisfaction and each dimension’s job satisfaction is low.It has show that both of two types of teachers have a certain work pressure, and with a low job satisfaction.The data result also show that two types of teachers’ job stress and job satisfaction are negatively correlated.That is to say,The smaller the pressure, the greater of the degree of satisfaction is. 2. For the teachers in science and engineering,they have big pressure in the organization, work load and social support, and they have low satisfaction in the leadership and management, working environment, salary and welfare.and tissue function, work load impact on job satisfaction is the largest.Among these,tissue function and work load had the greatest impact on job satisfaction. 3.For the teachers in humanities and social sciences,they have the most of the pressure in terms of organization function, career development, and have low satisfaction in the leadership and management, salary and welfare, and work itself. Moreover,organizational function and professional development had the greatest influence on job satisfaction. 4. In general, the teachers in science and engineering’s overall job stress are significantly more than teachers in humanities and social sciences, and the teachers in humanities and social sciences’ overall job satisfaction are significantly lower than teachers in science and technology. Furthermore, this article suggested that university’s managers should make some positive measures in reducing working pressure for teachers in science and engineering and improving job satisfaction for teachers in humanities and social sciences. |
