Teachers’ job satisfaction directly affects the enthusiasm and creativity of teachers’ work. Meizhou, is located in Guangdong province, whose economy is the worst in the province. While its basic education has taken leading position in the mountainous city of the province. So it’s representative to research on junior high school teachers’ job satisfaction in Meizhou, and valuable to research status and put forward the countermeasure.This Thesis mainly summarized the present situation and problems of junior high school teachers’ job satisfaction, analyzes the reasons, and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures with literature method, questionnaire investigation,interview investigation method.The thesis is divided into four parts.The first part is introduction of the background, the current teacher’s work condition and the basic situation. And then define the related concept, summarizes the domestic and foreign concepts about teachers’ job satisfaction, introduces the significance of this study.The second part is the investigation of teachers’ job satisfaction in Meizhou junior high school, compiled the " teachers’ job satisfaction of meizhou junior high school questionnaire" and " outline of junior high school teachers’ job satisfaction in meizhou".By surveying samples and interviewing individuals, this thesis empirical research on junior middle school teachers in meizhou, draw an conclusion that junior high school teachers’ job satisfaction in meizhou is not high, and based on the individual difference of exploring junior middle school teachers’ job satisfaction.The third part is to find the reason of junior high school teachers’ job satisfaction.From the social aspects, mainly includes income levels, job stress and social evaluation of teachers. From the aspects of school,includes lack of fairness in income, the teacher training system, lack of the attention on teachers and well-being and professional development.The fourth part puts forward the promotion countermeasures First of all, Society should improve teachers’ social status more and change the single evaluation for teachers then meet the reasonable expectations of teachers. Next, Schools should build a fair and reasonable performance wage system, and develop the fair promotion mechanism, attach importance to teachers’ training, improve the teachers’ workcondition, set up the special system for someone individually. At last, teachers should take positive attitude to work, arrangement their time reasonable, effectively prevent the lower job satisfaction, learn to summarize constantly to improve themselves.
