This paper studies the workplace novels as "best-seller", trying to find out the "similarity" of the best workplace novels and predicting the possibility of its development on the basis of reading novels from three angles, including the narrative function of plot, the text theme and characteristic.Introduction combs creation characteristic of the workplace novel and its "best-selling" course, interpreting the connotation of the "workplace", "best-selling" as keywords combed the career development of the novel. Great changes have taken place in the new century for the workplace occupational groups, providing writing materials and a large number of readers. The development of new media has changed the workplace novel creation and reading mechanism. The operation of the market mechanism of book publishing constitutes continuous impetus.
