With the development of national economy, the state value degree is higher and higher vocational education. Update national personnel system in higher vocational colleges, higher vocational colleges across the country are exploring reasonable compensation system to improve the personnel system. Due to the current salary system in higher vocational colleges by existing policy environment, management norms, the influence of such factors as the current compensation system is relatively backward, also has many problems.Based on this background, through the study of modern compensation theory and incentive theory, starting from the connotation and function of compensation, and combining the incentive method, through the research institute of Lanzhou vocational technical college current compensation system, points out the insufficiencies of current compensation system and the problems existing in the current distribution system, such as unreasonable salary structure setting, low compensation, the deficiency of competitiveness and incentive, etc. As to perfect the system of colleges pay as a starting point, through the analysis of the problems one by one deeply, find out the main cause of the problem, such as pay fairness lack, compensation structure is simple, insufficient compensation incentive and performance appraisal system is imperfect, and so on. In lanzhou polytechnic college professional technical and administrative management job and welfare to do a redesign. And then put forward a new scheme to implement safeguards, such as to make college labor system rationalization, and increase plan propaganda work, etc.Through a deep in the west and the transition of the higher vocational colleges pay package design, hope to be able to solve practical problems of the compensation system, and to offer reference for other higher vocational colleges pay management.
