A Study Of Secondary Vocational School Student’sclass Management Based On Their Learning Manners And Psychological Development Trends

The vocational students are different from other students. They are special. Most of the vocational students are graduated from middle schools. They are younger so they don’t like study and they are lack of understanding of the vocation that they will do. This makes them so tired of their lessons. But it’s very important for them to study the theories, majors and good technology. The study of the vocational students’ learning manner and developing tendency of the class management is more important.Study of learning burnout is located with collage students primarily at past, study about students of middle vocational schools( named middle vocational students below) is little, but there is studies showed that learning burnout current situation between middle vocational students is bad. Middle-vocational student is a special group, during adolescence, during splendid stage in one’s life that filled with challenge and contradiction at the same time. Relatively they step into society more early, facing exercise, test and pressure more. It is very important that knowing learning burnout current situation and characteristics between middle vocational students, take measures to buffer their learning burnout. It’s also the thing this passage cared.This study is based on the vocational students’ learning manner and learning method scale, and the student’s developing tendency scale. with Chengde nursing vocational college as an example, on the vocational school students’ learning manner and developing tendency of research. It was found, the vocational college students’ learning manner is upset, developing tendency is worrying by case studies, interview, and questionnaires. In order to improve the phenomenon, this study gives some suggestions from the class management in such aspects as education countermeasures.
