As the only millions of students exam negation, the teacher parents disappointed, its enormous psychological pressure, and the candidates are about 18 years old, the mind is not yet mature, the compressive strength is weak, the exam candidates such as parents feel unworthy, but worried about losing the attention of parents and from then on the sense of guilt;with the peer group, especially compared to students outperformed their produce inferiority;because of the University’s dream vanish like soap bubbles, the pain of failure and mental suffering caused anxiety; for fear of others mocking sarcasm, unwilling to meet people, put ourselves in a narrow space and produce loneliness; lose confidence to the life, and despair of the reality of mental confusion. However, few exam students can application of the psychological problems of teenagers is blank in the research in social work practice.Through community visits and interviews, understand the characteristics of job candidates psychological discomfort, analyses the reasons of psychological discomfort resulting from the three aspects of the candidates themselves, family environment and peer groups, analysis of the psychological needs of job candidates, and psychological adjustment in case of practical research, according to the actual situation of the case in the planning of services, through the establishment of service and client relationship, service implementation and evaluation of three parts, case shows the case of entrance exam students psychological discomfort in the intervention process, case work service plan consists of reducing pressure,increase the power of two, through service projects, help student entrance exam to ease the psychological pressure, resolve negative emotions, to change its attitude towards things,relationship between the students and parents, the case, to enhance resilience, help clients grow.In view of these problems, at the end of the paper, from their family, school and society four aspects of the proposed deal with the entrance exam students psychological discomfortcountermeasures and suggestions: in the exam candidates themselves, need to correctly face the failure in the college entrance examination, reasonable catharsis of negative emotions, as soon as possible to relieve pressure, communicate with parents and teachers, and to seek support advice, training will revive confidence tough personality, the college entrance examination; in the family, to create a good family atmosphere, to help get the job candidates out of the predicament, pay attention to exam students physical and mental health, strengthen communication, rational analysis of causes of failure, put forward some suggestions, fully respect the whole list student selection, the correct guidance of the pros and cons. Cultivate a positive outlook on life, see failed; in school, improve the school system, teachers’ active contact, enlighten students failed, failed to form mutual aid groups, self-help effect under peer help each other. To carry out the interactive activities, organizational learning group, more guidance, make health failed restore confidence; in terms of the society, actively promote the social concept, a correct view of the college entrance examination to straighten out the social orientation of public opinion, improve the existing education system.
