Therefore, based on employer demand for talent and practice teaching features, preschool personnel training system should be reformed to cultivate a high-quality preschool education professionals. According to market demand, preschool diverse talents of this paper include application preschool teachers, "Children books developed" and other children cultural workers and other complex preschool professionals.In this study, to Chongqing as an example, the cultivation model of diversified talent of preschool education undergraduate course were investigated by the methods of literature, questionnaire, interviews, text analysis. It is based on the theory of situated learning theory, complex talent concept, talent training mechanism theory, Enterprise-university-research Institute teaching model. The macro social control mechanism, in view of the school teaching management and security mechanism, micro preschool curriculum and teaching undergraduate operating mechanism would be found. Discuss the problems and causes of personnel training mechanism, and further put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions to improve a diversified talent training mechanism in the comprehensive practice idea.Overall, preschool education professional training in attention to market demand in Chongqing, identity "Comprehensive Practice" personnel training idea, focus on application type, compound talents training. The survey found the following problems: The macroeconomic regulation and supervision measures of government and education department is not enough; Lack of the system of career planning and career guidance for students; College teaching management system needs to be improved; Lack of double-qualified teachers and complex university personnel; Lack of autonomy of elective courses, diversified curriculum structure needs to be improved; Ignore the overall quality of teachers, teacher professional emotion as well as general education Ability in the course content; Lack of professional educational practice, Lack of integration of curriculum theory and practice etc. For problems, In this study, the five main part of government, universities, teachers, students, the employer in the process interact, take government regulation mechanisms, school teaching management and security mechanism, curriculum and teaching operation mechanism, school-enterprise cooperation mechanism into consideration, the cultivation mechanism of diversified talent of preschool education undergraduate course in the comprehensive practice idea would be improved. |
